The filter core of the gasoline filter is mostly made of filter paper or nylon cloth. The main function of a high molecular material gasoline filter is to filter out impurities in gasoline. Cleaning principle:
The function of the gasoline filter is to remove the moisture and impurities from the gasoline.
Under the action of the gasoline pump, the fuel oil enters the settling cup of the filter through the oil inlet. As the volume becomes larger, the flow rate becomes smaller, the heavier water and impurity particles are deposited at the bottom of the cup, and the light impurities flow to the filter core. The clean fuel oil permeates the inside of the filter through the micro-pore of the filter and then flows out through the tubing.
There are two kinds of filter elements: porous ceramic and paper. The paper filter is made of microporous filter paper treated with resin, which has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, low cost and convenient replacement, so it is widely used.
